ANAVRE y Cruz Roja Española en colaboración

La firma de un convenio de colaboración pretende mejorar la seguridad de navegantes

Cruz Roja Española y la Asociación de Navegantes de Recreo (ANAVRE) aúnan esfuerzos y medios propios para mejorar la seguridad en el mar. Para ello, firman un convenio de colaboración cuyo objetivo busca incrementar la seguridad marítima relacionada con el sector náutico de recreo y una mayor eficacia en la respuesta ante situaciones de emergencia en el mar.

El convenio es de alcance estatal y lo firmaron, el pasado 31 de mayo, el presidente de ANAVRE, Jaime Darder Vidal, el presidente autonómico de Creu Roja a les Illes Balears, Miquel Alenyà Fuster, por delegación de firma del presidente de Cruz Roja Española, Juan Manuel Suárez del Toro.

El acuerdo alcanzado, entre Cruz Roja y ANAVRE, contempla los siguientes objetivos:

  • Informar a las tripulaciones de las embarcaciones de recreo sobre los métodos de actuación ante una emergencia.
  • Ejercitar la comunicación y la coordinación, en caso de emergencia, con el personal de Creu Roja, conociendo sus protocolos de trabajo y maniobras de actuación.
  • Fomentar el uso de los equipos y dispositivos de seguridad y salvamento, demostrando la confianza que pueden tener en ellos en sesiones formativas prácticas.
  • Concienciar de la necesidad de conservarlos y utilizarlos correctamente, garantizando así su efectividad.

En breve, actividades formativas conjuntas se incorporarán a la campaña “Más formación, menos legislación” iniciada por ANAVRE a principios de este año y que está resultando un éxito de acogida y participación entre navegantes de todo el estado.
