No hay una forma mejor de seguir la regata que acercarse a los puertos por los que transcurre. Pasa a la acción en la regata de vela más dura del mundo y conoce diez países impresionantes por los que la flota de la Volvo Ocean Race navegará en su travesía alrededor del mundo durante 2011 y 2012.


La regata comenzó en Alicante (España) el 29 de octubre y visitará Ciudad del Cabo, Abu Dhabi, Sanya, Auckland, Itajaí, Miami, Lisboa, Lorient y terminará en Galway, Irlanda, en julio de 2012.

La ciudad sigue construyendo su amplia historia maritima, con pantalanes de más de un kilómetro que ofrecen estupendos miradores. Última parada: Galway, Irlanda, del 3 al 9 de julio. Por segunda vez, esta ciudad acogerá la Volvo Ocean Race, tras haber ofrecido una inolvidable experiencia con casi 420.000 visitantes en la edición de 2008-09.
